Draught Proof Service
This procedure is designed to leave your windows as they were intended - fully functioning but dramatically reducing cold draughts and rattles.
Sash windows are designed with an air gap to allow them to slide past each other and easily open and close. However it is this 3mm air gap that can cause the sash windows to have draughts, and rattles, not to mention the noise and dust it lets into the home. The gap greatly reduces the energy efficiency of the window.
The solution to this is a sash window draught proofing service that will eliminate all of these problems, greatly reduce your energy bills and improve the energy efficiency of your home.
We use high quality "EcoBead" draught beading to create a superior 'seal' on the window.
A draught proof service will:
-
Dramatically reduce external noise to your home
-
Virtually eliminate dust and draughts entering the home through the window
-
Stop rattling windows
-
Provide smooth sliding of windows
-
Reduce energy bills and improve energy efficiency
....and all this can be achieved without undermining the character and architectural design of your home.
